Return and Refund Policy

Suppose you are unsatisfied with what you bought on PrayaanS. In that case, you may be eligible to return it and get a refund by following the simple procedure in this Return and Refund Policy.

You can make a return by following these steps:

  1. Please go to your Prayaan’s account on Prayaans.co or on the app to request a refund. If you do not have a prayaan’s account, please click on “Save your Order” in your prayaans order email to make a return.
  2. Find the relevant order in “Your Orders” and click on the “Return/Refund” button.

III. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. Depending on the reason you selected, you may be required to provide further information related to the order. After you provide the required information, click the “Next Step” button to proceed.

  1. if no need to return then the Final step is simply to select your refund method. You may choose to receive your refund as a prayaan’s credit balance or be credited back via your original payment method. Make your selection and click “Submit”.
  2. If you need to return your item(s), you will have the option to choose your return and refund methods. If you choose to have the package picked up, please prepare the return items and pack them carefully, then wait for the courier to pick up the package.  logistics will pick it up from your premises.
  3. You can check the refund status of your item(s) on your order details page or through Prayaan;s SMS/Email/Push notifications.

FAQ’s

Almost all items you bought on Prayaan’s are eligible for return and refund if you are not satisfied with them, with just a few exceptions (Non-refundable):

Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene stickers removed, Items that are labelled as non-refundable.

If an item is eligible for return and refund, you may return it within the return window of 15 days after the day of purchase.

You are required to send back your return package within 15 days after you submit your return request in the return window. You may not return an item after the 15-day window, calculated from the date of purchase.

Refunds

  1. You may receive an instant refund, where we will issue the refund before you have returned the items. If we don’t receive the return items, we may charge your original payment method. The instant refund will be granted based on your shopping history and at our sole discretion.
  2. For refunds of the returned items, we will process your refunds after we receive the items and they pass quality inspection.

III. Please note that if the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts/accessories, or was damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the lost value of the item.

  1. Refunds of missing items: Find the corresponding order in the support center, then select “missing item/parts” to apply for a refund, or contact customer service/the provider for help.
  2. Refunds of a package showing as delivered but not received: Find the corresponding order in the support center, then select “package shows delivered but not received” to apply for a refund, or contact customer service/the provider for help.
  3. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) to be credited to your original payment account. The original shipping fee is not refundable if your return is not a result of Prayaan’s error. The insurance costs, if any, are also non-refundable.

VII. You can choose to accept Prayaan’s credits Points instead of a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds to Prayaan’s credits are faster than your original payment method.

Prayaan’s credits have no expiration date.

The refunds to Prayaan’s credits cannot be reversed once the refunds are processed.

Prayaan’s credits cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for purchases on Prayaan’s.

Shipping Policy

All orders are normally processed within 2-4 business days to UAE Region. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. An estimate can also be generated on the cart page for your convenience.

Depending on the number of items and destination, shipping costs will be as follows:

Shipment to remote areas

Some courier services apply a surcharge for delivery to remote areas. Affected customers will be informed within 2-3 days and offered alternative shipping and/or cancellation.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If the customer has opted into notifications and/or SMS notifications, you may receive notifications on these channels. The tracking number may sometimes take 24-48 hours to activate.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact the customer via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Any local fees related to overseas purchases are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of orders from the EU & UK, VAT is prepaid at checkout for customs fast-track and of any fees upon arrival. prayaans.co is fully UAE-compliant regulated.
